Wedding Wednesday: Eric & Sally
Today’s Wedding Wednesday is so breathtakingly lovely. I was just gasping when I saw these images on the blog of one of my most favorite Indonesian photographer, Axioo. I’m sure that most of you will agree with me that the bride’s dress is just so, so unique, extra special and beautiful. Sally, the bride, designed her own dress. No wonder! :)
I’m loving the subtle touch of the color red through the wedding details. Don’t you just love the guestbook table? One unique thing about the wedding venue, according to Axioo’s blog post, “Instead of going for hotel ballroom (which is where most weddings in Jakarta takes place), [they] opted for a more cozy and intimate setting at Rumah Maroko (Morocco House).”

Wedding Wednesday: Lizet & Edmund
Today’s WW is an intimate, chic, wedding, shot by the amazing Apertura Photo. I’ve been a long time fan of Apertura, knowing them from Kelly‘s rave about them on Weddingbee (Kelly = Mrs. Eggplant).
When I first saw this wedding photos, I immediately thought J-CREW! The style, the color… it’s sooo J-Crew! Then I came to find out that Lizet’s dress is from J-Crew :) I love the simplicity of this wedding and the small little detail that warms your heart. Plus, according to Apertura, this wedding has only 13 people in total. I’ve always wanted a small, personal, and intimate wedding, but I just knew that it won’t be possible for us, due to a lot of circumstances! :) For more of Lizet & Edmund’s wedding eye candies, visit Apertura’s blog.

Wedding Wednesday: Keri & Jeremiah
This week’s Wedding Wednesday is probably nothing you’ve seen before. I always love weddings that is out of the box and a bride who is not afraid of something edgy and unique. The wedding of Keri & Jeremiah surely could be described that way! This wedding was held in Texas and happened last year’s Fall season, shot by the amazing Agung Fauzi from Seize The Day Photography, who also shot my very own wedding.
I’m so amazed at the couple’s eclectic and unique taste. There is edginess, casualness, stylishness, with a bit of rustic touch.

Here is a bit from Keri:
I did my own flowers, and I put all the fabric together for my dress, but had an amazing seamstress that sewed it all together like that. The actual dress I bought at Bliss Bridal and I think it was “technically” a bridesmaids dress. In the middle it had a big applique of sparkly beads and diamonds (so not me) so I just took that off!
How cool are the bridesmaid’s outfits? Where else would you get to wear jeans as a bridesmaid? And the bouquet is just so, so charming and cool. The flowers are wrapped with a fabric with musical notes pattern, since the couple are a big music fan. In fact, Jeremiah proposed Keri with a song that he composed himself. Oh, and also, the camera seems to LOVE capturing the bride, don’t you think? She looks like a photo model!

I adore the flower girl’s pillow and the outfits.

The super crafty bride, Keri, is now a photographer and also a floral designer. Check out her website, photography blog, and floral design blog to see her works.
Wedding Wednesday: Phyllis & Dan
I’ve decided to have one wedding featured every Wednesday that I’d call “Wedding Wednesday“. So this would be the first Wedding Wednesday! :)
This wedding has such a simple but charming details, which I absolutely adore. Sarah K. Chen captures the most ethereal and beautiful images for a wedding and she did such an excellent job on this wedding! I love the chalkboard theme, the adorable cake topper, the letterpressed program, the cake buffet, the ring shot, the red umbrella shot… So much things to love here!
