Magnificent Minimalism: TV Show Posters
Simple lines, clean and neat type treatments are sometimes the solution for our complicated design problem. I forgot about that lots of times. These TV show posters by Albert Exergian are a good reminder :) Don’t they make you smile? :) The two last posters are my absolute favorite TV show ever :)

Friday’s Favorite Five
{Source}
Whoahh… it’s been a busy week for me. I’m not particularly glad that it’s the weekend already because I’m so much in a working mode *huh*. Anyways, here are five of my favorite finds this Friday. Have a great weekend, y’all!
. Mini Creamers. Seriously, how adorable are these little guys! I’m not just thinking creamers. I’m thinking it’s also perfect for little flowers. Via Divine Caroline.
. Das Jahr Poster by Marlene Reidel. I’ve been painting so much this week and that’s why I can TRULY appreciate the artist behind this AH-mazing poster! Beautiful details! Makes me happy just looking at it through my screen :)
. Sticky Advice Tape. Types on a tape! :) Via Divine Caroline.
. Bread Shoes. Not sure what I feel about this *lol* It’s pretty amusing!
. Gocco feature on SSC. This reminds me that I really need to get my little machine out from under my couch. I have a gem under my couch and I haven’t been using it!
Love What You Do. Do you?

Do you love what you do? This is often a discussion I have with my hub. Now that I am self-employed and freelancing, I think more about it these days. This design brings back memories of college life. Staying up all night doing projects and having to present it in the morning. Trying to get a ride to the nearest Ace Hardware for nuts and bolts to bind this book design. Brainstorming for ideas and writing them on a huge wall of white board. Ah, the innocent and young days! I kinda miss those days :)
