Austen for Valentine
The last week of January! How fast time flies. Valentine’s day is just around the corner, and most people know that I’m a big fan of romantic novels especially those written by Jane Austen. If you haven’t figured out yet, the name “Love Ardently” actually was inspired by a quote in Pride and Prejudice said by Mr. Darcy to Elizabeth, “You must allow me to tell you how ardently I admire and love you“.
So, when I found Brookish on Etsy, I was almost jumping off my chair, literally. I think these are the most perfect Valentine’s gift for a romantic who loves Jane Austen’s quotes (such as moi :)). How can one not love these?

And these are my favorites. :)

Tulle, I’m in love
I’ve been a big fan of Ouma, an etsy shop selling feminine, poofy dresses with vintage look. I love how they combine the casual striped tees with the dressy feminine tulle. Not to mention, a pair of shiny stilettos. It’s casual meeting classic and romantic! Love, love, love the photo styling and of course the dresses!

It’s been a long time coming and we finally have our Etsy store up. It’s not a grand opening yet since we don’t have much in the store at the moment, but it’s coming and we’re almost there! :) So, so excited!
Etsy Handmade Moment
I’ve been enjoying those video submissions over at Etsy.tv for the past couple of days. For those of you who don’t know, Etsy is holding a video contest with the theme: “Handmade Moment”. If you are a videographer, home video maker, and an Etsy fan, you should check this out.
This is my favorite video submission so far created by two brilliant illustrators, Andy Musser and Kit Seaton. I just love everything from the style, the storyline, the soundtrack…. It makes me want to draw and make something now. :)
