I couldn’t be more excited! Remember Jeff and Jessica? We designed their invitation and wedding stationery a while ago. They have just been featured on the Southern Weddings blog! Click here for part one and part two. Their photographs were all taken by Josh McCullock.

A shoe named Ivana.

I’ve never known any shoe that has the same name as me, so I was particularly EXCITED when I found this on Zappos.
Plus, I am looking for a pair of shoe in champagne or gold-ish color (*check*) for my bridesmaid duty to my best friend this coming June. Although this one has a medium-width, I’m [...]

Uguisu

Absolutely love this Japanese paper goods store I recently just discovered, Uguisu. They sell the recently-big-hit Japanese masking tape, but other than that there’s so much other things that are pretty and gorgeous in a subtle and simple way. One of my favorite is the oh-so- lovely alphabet stamp.

Betsy The Paper Doll

Here comes another vintage treasures. When I discovered this Betsy McCall paper doll site, I was immediately feeling nostalgic. Although I didn’t grow up with Betsy specifically, I did grow up with lots and lots of paper dolls. I probably bought them almost everyday at the street stand in front of my school. Gee, how [...]

Vintage Postage Stamps

I found this amazing Tumblr page filled with vintage postage stamp designs (via designrelated). I was one of those people who embraced collecting stamps as a hobby when I was a child. I remember that I had 3 big books filled with vintage stamps back then in my home country. I must remember to look [...]

Hello, snow.

The snow finally arrived in Dallas. And it was heavy. HEAVY. Yesterday it was pouring all day like it’s never gonna stop. I saw at least twenty snowmen in my apartment complex alone. People were outside playing and having fun. I was driving in a winter wonderland, so that part was not so fun for [...]

Candy Card

After the heart button string-tie envelope DIY yesterday, it’s time to reveal the inside of the envelope that I sent to my swap buddies at Weddingbee and Crow & Canary.

Err… this time I really have to credit the inspiration to Martha. I couldn’t find a wider solid pink grosgrain ribbon on Michaels the other day [...]

DIY Heart Button String Tie Envelope

This year, I’m participating in two Valentine’s card swaps: one held by Crow and Canary, and the other one by Weddingbee. I have to tell you that I’m a huge fan of the snail mail. I think it’s just so fun to receive them and to send them as well. That brings us to a [...]
