Hello Ivana,

Just found your blog and website and it's all lovely. You may already know this, but I thought you would like to know that Paper Source in Northpark Center (where i work) has this letterpress machine to demo for customers and will also be selling them in the store. Although the first two they sent sold the same day, lol. It's really great but I warn you the impression is more akin to the original "kiss-off" style of letterpress valued by the old masters, not the deep impressions people fancy now because it says "handmade". But it's still very cool.

As for a letterpress class, you can take one at the Craft Guild of Dallas. That's where i take bookbinding classes. They are pretty awesome. Have a great day!

This is so funny! I just discovered this little guy the other night. Seems very interesting. I sat there and watched all the videos like a nerd. If you purchase it, you MUST review! Some of the reviews were so-so, from what I read.

PS: Yes, Big D needs some letter-pressing classes, stat!

Hi, I'm the web developer for Lifestyle Crafts. It's true that we are working on developing an application for custom printing plates.

We're actually going to have a meeting tomorrow to finalize plans for getting this project completed with all of the features that we need. It will definitely have custom fonts and some choices of flourishes, etc.

There are 20 different colors of inks, but you could certainly mix your own colors by combining two or more inks.
